The HD-12 combines capacity with mobility.
This innovative 12 cubic yard aggregate batcher proves you don't have to sacrifice size and functional capacity for mobility.
Designed for maximum durability and long service life, the HD-12 is one of the industry's largest mobile concrete batch plants with four 20,000 lb. load cells. It features a 67 cubic yard, 100-ton C.P.M.B. capacity bin equipped with eight double-clamshell batching gates - one individually controlled pair per compartment for enhanced batching control and accuracy.
All gates are also cylinder operated and solenoid controlled, and can be serviced or replaced using only ordinary hand tools.
The HD-12 is factory pre-wired with a three-phase 60-cycle 460-volt power panel with NEMA-type starters wired to a common junction box. It accepts manual or computer controls, and is available with the optional RexCon RC3 computer control for added batching precision.

- Low-pressure bin flow pads for improved cement aeration
- Electric over air control valves with manual override
