The LoGo 5 is available in both central mix, and transit mix configurations.
The Rex LoGo 5 Central Mix Batch Plant can produce 125 to 150 cubic yards per hour.
Central mix LoGo 5 features:
- Aggregate Bin - 16.5 cubic yard, 25 ton, C.P.M.B. rated, with three equal, "in-line" compartments
- Aggregate Batcher - 5 cubic yard, C.P.M.B. volume, load cells
- Gravity cement storage - 34.2 cubic yard, 230 Bbl. maximum, C.P.M.B. rated, single compartment 4" delivery pipe (includes atmospheric vent)
- Cement batcher- 5 cubic yard, C.P.M.B. volume, load cells
- 30" batch belt, 300 feet per minute belt rate, 30 hp belt motor
- Water system - 3" 360 gpm Badger Hot Water Meter, with electric cutoff valve
- 10 horsepower, two-stage, air compressor, with 80 gallon tank
- 6 cubic yard tilt-mixer P.M.M.D. rated (one 60 horsepower drum drive motor, hydraulic tilting pac with 30 horsepower drive, hydraulic pump and 100 gallon oil reservoir, tilt speed control, tilt mixer charging chute, emergency mixer tilting)
- Mixer dump cone, for charging truck mixers (includes outboard supports)
- One set of steel risers, to elevate plant and tilt mixer to 13'6" steel clearance
- 460 volt power panel, including starters for batch belt and air compressor motors
- Available with the RC3 batch plant control system
Optional Features:
- 3 horsepower aeration blower (125 cubic feet per minute, 3 PSi, includes starter)
- Access ladders and handrails
