The Rex-Batch 150 is available in central mix, "low profile" transit mix, and transit mix configurations. The Central-mix Rex-Batch 150 can produce up to 250 cubic yards per hour.

The central-mix Rex-Batch 150 features:
  • Aggregate Bin - 90 cubic yard, 135 ton, C.P.M.B. rated, four compartment bin with cross configuration
  • Aggregate Batcher - 10 cubic yard, C.P.M.B. volume load cells
  • Cement Storage - 2900 cubic feet, 725 Bbl. maximum, C.P.M.B. rated, single compartment bin (includes 4" cement delivery pipe, 10" butterfly gates, 3' square flanged opening for customer furnished dust collector, and one high-level bin signal)
  • Cement Batcher - 10 cubic yard, C.P.M.B. volume load cells, air-operated vibrator, aeration pads, 10" butterfly gate with inching control
  • 36" batch belt, 500 feet per minute belt rate, 50 horsepower belt motor, with backstop
  • 3" 360 gpm @ 60 PSI Badger Hot Water Meter, with air-operated cutoff valve
  • Tilt Mixer - 10 cubic yards, P.M.M.D. rated, two 50 horsepower drum-drive motors, hydraulic tilting pac with 30 horsepower drive, 35 gpm pump and 100 gallon oil reservoir, manual tilt speed control, tilt mixer charging chute and emergency mixer tilting (mixer stand - by customer)
  • Mixer dump-cone for charging truck mixers (includes outboard supports)
  • 10 horsepower, two-stage compressor with 80 gallon reservoir tank (includes pressure relief valve, regulator and guage for mounting at grade, by customer)
  • RC3 batch plant control system
  • 460 volt power panel (terminal strip wired) with disconnect and starters for batch belt and air compressor motors
Optional features:
  • 4-In-Line aggregate bin in place of cross configuration
  • Four high level aggregate bin signals
  • 200 or 300 ton aggregate bin in place of 135 ton
  • 725 Bbl. two compartment cement bin in place of single compartment bin (includes double wall, and additional high bin signal, light and 3' square flanged opening
  • 1050 Bbl. two compartment cement bin in place of 725 Bbl. single compartment bin (includes double wall, and additional high bin signal, light and 3' square flanged opening
