The Rex-Batch 150 is available in "low profile" transit mix, transit mix, and central mix configurations.
The "low Profile" transit mix configuration of the Rex-Batch 150 can produce up to 150 cubic yards per hour.
The "low profile" transit mix Rex-Batch 150 features:
- Aggregate bin - 45 cubic yards, 70 ton, C.P.M.B. rated, basic three compartment bin
- Aggregate batcher - 10 cubic yards, C.P.M.B. volume, load cells
- Cement storage - 450 cubic yards, 335 Bbl., maximum C.P.M.B. rated, single compartment bin (includes 4" cement delivery pipe, 10" butterfly gates, nine areation pads, and atmospheric vent
- Cement batcher - 10 cubic yards, C.P.M.B. volume, load cells
- Batch belt - 30" batch belt, 325' per minute, 15 horsepower belt motor
- Water system - 3" 360 gpm Badger Hot Water Meter, with air-operated cutoff valve
- Air System - 10 horsepower, two-stage air compressor with 80 gallon reservoir tank (includes pressure relief valve, regulator, and guage for mounting at grade, by customer)
- Controls - Model 103ME manual electric pushbutton control, with disconnect and starters for batch belt and air compressor motors (terminal strip wired)
- 460 volt power panel (terminal strip wired) with disconnect and starters for batch belt and air compressor motors
Optional features:
- 100 ton aggregate bin in place of 70 ton
- Split end compartment of aggregate bin for a total of four compartments (includes pushbutton on manual control)
- Ladder, cage, handrails
- 530 Bbl. cement bin in place of 335 Bbl.
- Available with the RC3 batch plant control system
